Who Created 2B Mindset?
Ilana Muhlstein is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist – the highest standard in the field of nutrition – who co-created the 2B Mindset. Looking at her now, you would assume she was slim her whole life but on the contrary, she grew up overweight. She was sent to fat camp each summer and while she’d lose 25 pounds, it was never enough to make her feel and experience a big difference in her life. She then took her weight-loss journey into her own hands and lost 100 pounds using the principles that are now the 2B Mindset.
